艾美耳球虫EF1α的功能与研究前景

摘要(Abstract):
鸡球虫病是危害全球养禽业的重要寄生原虫病,对于地面养殖的肉鸡危害尤其严重。鸡球虫病的防控主要依靠抗球虫药物,但随着我国饲料"禁抗"时代的来临以及人们对于安全禽类产品的需求,在饲料中添加抗球虫药物来预防和控制鸡球虫病已不可持续。使用疫苗预防鸡球虫病变得尤为重要。如何开发高效广谱的鸡球虫病疫苗是学界研究的热点。笔者对鸡球虫病疫苗候选抗原延伸因子1α(EF-1α)的功能、免疫作用以及应用前景进行介绍,以期为鸡球虫病疫苗的研究提供帮助。
